AR: Forgot to let you know in my response that beginning on Feb. 4, I'll be on AOL every Thursday at 11:00am EST. Apparently, a company called “Sage Online” will be producing “All day live events” on AOL's Personal Finance Channel starting on Feb. 1. I believe that this volatility with little net price movement is very negative. In the 4 days ending Friday the COMP average daily price range was more than 89 points, and it was up less than 4 on the week. However, I am a bit concerned by Joe Granville's change of heart. Maybe I should buy some calls (g)! I guess we'll see what the Fed Head is made of tomorrow. He basically called Wall Street analysts idiots this past summer, and I think he'll again warn of “unrealistic expectations” (Atlanta Fed Prez phrase).
