As you obviously know, rather than "massive" testing, there must have been virtually no testing of the silicon (else the bug would have been discovered on day one of the testing). Virtually no testing is quite a long distance from massive testing.

Did AMD TEST the 350 MHz K6-2 with Windows 95?

Obviously NOT at 350 MHZ !
