For the past week or so, PCQUOTE from time-to-time is between 10-30 seconds later than its normal Faster-Than-The-CNBC-DOW-Bug. PCQUOTE sometimes catches up but the normal performance has become sporadically erratic.

P.S. - CPQ seems to be starting a small comeback on heavy volume.

Something is happening. My whole portfolio went from positive to negative. All stocks up to all stocks down.
