Altair has filed a S-3 registering 1.5 million shares. From the S-3 edgar-online.com over the next two years, sell any or all of the Shares in one or more offerings. As usual, Altair never issues a press release about its non-existent earnings/revenues and dilution. These are not considered necessary as long as they put out periodic releases on how their titanium deposits are increasing (In a few years, the Camden property will have more titanium ore than all other existing mining properties combined). They haven't mentioned anything about underwriters in the S-3. They may or may not use any. If they use any underwriters (this time they will probably be some small bucket shop firms), expect to see some pumping. Tried shorting at the open - failed to borrow shares All comments IMO.
