*** OT ** jwk, Also, I don't usually do this, but you may want to take a look at a stock with the symbol FTEL. It is an OTC BB stock but is fully reporting to the SEC, and have filed an S1 for a NASDQ listing. I freely admit that I have been accumulating FTEL for quite some time, and I can't resist telling of my delight at FTEL's performance so far in 1998. Closed Dec 31, 1997 at $1.17...trading today at $2.16. Dave
