HI Croc, I phoned them today for more info. I bought a small position. I don't why their financial is so strong and they traded as such a low price.I must admitted that their sales is very interesting. Until I have more data to convince me to buy more. Other small real estate stock such as APEX--AXD.A which also traded as a low price, and the high profile Concord Pacific CPN also traded @ 70 cnets range. May be the market is no good for real estate, or people simply ignore the future potential of land??? Anyone got a better idea? They seem to hire good IR, otherwise they are dead. This business needed good IR. George
