The estimates have increased recently and most analysts have indicated that Microsoft should beat the consensus estimates. However, most don't expect Microsoft to beat the estimates as soundly as last time. Microsoft beat estimates last quarter by $0.07 and should beat by at least $0.02 this quarter. The consensus estimate is $0.59 after being raised last week and the whisper number is $0.61. The range of estimates for Microsoft is $0.51 to $0.61.
