I don't monitor #daytraders, so I didn't see the report, but I imagine Cheney meant the IPO would be filed by the end of the first week of Feb. A lot of us have been trying to get a date range out of NAVR, and this is the first report I've heard that someone got it narrowed down like that.

Who knows? But I doubt if Cheney changed policy and handed out more specific information today. Unless the market goes completely to pot, I'm still holding with the assumption that the filing could come any time between now and mid-February.

What kind of entry point are looking at now. I considered 3/16 this morn, but canceled that order. Looks like 4 might be good? Are you looking for it to go lower?

Good luck

llater,

Good support and continue volume. Looking to scalp this into a rising market.

Most likely will NOT be holding through close.

Imaging Technologies Introduces the First All-in-One ICC/ColorSync Compatible
Color Matching Package for Under $1000

SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 19, 1999--

New ColorBlind Matchbox Combines ColorBlind Color Management Software Plus a Colorimeter for Precise Color Calibration

Imaging Technologies Corp.,(Nasdaq:ITEC) pioneer in the development of digital imaging solutions, announces the first all-in-one
ICC/ColorSync(R) compatible color matching package for under $1000.

The new ColorBlind(R) Matchbox(TM) system integrates ITEC's Award Winning ColorBlind Color Management software with a precision
colorimeter color measuring instrument by Color Savvy Systems. With Matchbox, users can create ICC profiles for any color device, view
images using profiles, edit profiles to adjust color reproduction, and calibrate Pantone(R) or other spot colors for consistent and accurate
rendering on any printer or monitor.

"Predictable color may be the largest single obstacle facing the imaging industry today. The color rendered on the printed page is rarely the
same color originally captured by a digital camera or that viewed on a computer monitor," said Brian Bonar, chief executive officer of
Imaging Technologies. "ColorBlind Matchbox provides the hardware and software tools needed to balance the variance from one device to
another in the 'color workflow' ensuring the ability to reproduce the image colors seen on the screen in the final printed page."

ColorBlind Matchbox brings a complete, affordable color management system to graphic designers, photographers, agencies, publishers,
and printers. Matchbox includes all of the tools needed to create, maintain, and utilize ICC profiles for color matching. It features printer
linearization and profiling, ICC/ColorSync profiling for scanners, digital cameras, color monitors, and color printers along with
comprehensive profile editing and soft proofing.

"ColorBlind Matchbox is a price/performance breakthrough for users of color management," said Dan Caldwell, vice president of ITEC's
Software Products Division. "We listened to the needs of graphics professionals and came up with a new product combination. One with the
features users need to bring color management to every desktop at a price they can afford."

ColorBlind Matchbox is part of a growing family of software tools, utilities, and applications that allow users to not only precisely profile
every peripheral in the color workflow (scanners, monitors, digital cameras, and printers) using ICC color standards, but also to process
images using these profiles to consistently and predictably achieve the desired colors. Matchbox is currently available for the Apple
Macintosh PowerPC platform.

ColorBlind Matchbox is marketed and sold directly by Imaging Technologies and through an established distribution channel of value-added
resellers, manufacturer's representatives, retail vendors, and systems integrators. ITEC has a network of dealers and distributors in the
United States, Canada, Europe, as well as a growing number of resellers in Africa, Asia, the Middle East, Latin America, Australia, Russia
and in the Commonwealth of Independent States.
