Will try to Grantsi, I like it when my average is at strike also. Strong buying now. Just

a little attempt to take it down yet the buyers overtook the bids and going strong again.

Just what is this buying deal? Chile investors who found they can own some of everything
in NPEC???

gransti, yea we have seen this before. Many times over, up on hype
down on news release when it doesn't meet expectations.
My call will come a lot later than yours, I still own at .25
