No, I don't think so. The wording leads me to believe that the banking partner will be involved with this specific program. Since this is a travel-related deal, I'll take a SWAG that somehow the bank is involved with the actual travel financing for Signature clients. For instance, I used to work for Bell Atlantic and they partnered with American Express in offering a discounted travel package for BA employees (and, I think, Ameritech employees) to New Zealand. Maybe there's a similar tie-in with the TSIG deal.

And the word used in the press release is "partnership". I think the words were carefully chosen. I can tell you that big corp's are very sensitive to partnerships with anyone, let alone little BB companies like TSIG. This could be huge news in and of itself. This is like reading a great novel, when you can't wait to get to the next page to see what's gonna happen.
