Hey Tom...how is GNNX doing on their promoted developments from late last year? Let's see...so far, according to Don Logan and Carl Conti...GNNX should have received over $1,000,000 in revenues for the 3,000,000 cases of "hound dog drink" that they got a cut of. And remember...those were the "guaranteed minimums" according to Carl Conti and Don Logan.
Some very humorous reading...

Coast has created a unique series of animated characters featuring "Hopey The Hound Dog", with the ultimate goal of creating an animated television series. Coast is under contract to develop it's intellectual property, "Hopey The Hound Dog", using the NASCAR RFT name and logo, with the support of the NASCAR RFT organization. With the use of Coast's racecar simulators, they have been promoting the "NASCAR Racing For Teens Tour", which includes merchandising with the tag line "Every Dog Has His Day". The entire product line features Coast's "Hopey The Hound Dog", and other copyrighted cartoon characters. The merchandising will include a clothing line, plush toys, beanie babies, toy cars, trucks and action figures. Genesis will be entitled to 30% of the profits that are generated from the merchandising, and up to 50%, for any additional products and merchandising developed or introduced by Genesis.
The goal of both Coast and Genesis is to make "Hopey" and his family of cartoon characters, as identifiable as any other major cartoon character ever created. The tie-in of health conscience beverages for children, can only add to the appeal of the series, and product line.
Additionally, Genesis has entered into an agreement with JesDan Entertainment, Inc. for the marketing and promotion of a Pop Rock record album, created by Roy Anthony, to be used in conjunction with the "Hopey The Hound Dog" animated series, along with a live touring show, and possible beverage marketing campaign. The music will appeal to both parents and children, and will work perfectly in cross promotion for the animated series, and merchandising product line. Genesis plans to book Anthony on all of the major television talk shows to discuss the "Hopey" project, and produce a live performance of his music, plus press coverage in newspapers and magazines nationwide. Anthony's music will appeal to fans of musical groups such as, Aerosmith and Bon Jovi, as well as bringing music to the childrens market. Genesis will be entitled to 9% of profits generated from the sale and exploitation of Anthony's music.
The forward looking statements represent the company's beliefs and expectations concerning future events. These forward looking statements are qualified by important factors that could materially impact the company's business and its abilities to complete these projects.
