The company hired Bernard M. Landes last January, replacing acting Chief Executive Thomas Tachovsky. Tachovsky was hired to guide Paracelsian through the transition period following the resignation of Chief Executive Officer Keith Rhodes. Paracelsian shares were trading at 7/8 on the OTC Bulletin Board in the morning, below its 52-week high of 1-11/32 but above its year low of 5/32.
