4profit....you should have done this by private message and not do this in the manner you did....this will only backfire as people will look at this stock that did not before....You as a lawyer should understand discretion. Let Anthony fight his own battle here, he is quite capable of doing that from what I see and if you have to do something then proceed in a manner that would be expected from a Lawyer in the background....

Please go right ahead. I have made absolutely no false or misleading statements whatsoever. Shall we subpoena Yahoo records? Anthony@Pacific is well-known on Silicon Investor for treating other members with disdain and posting inaccurate information. Please advise your client that he will be slapped with an enormous counter-suit if he wishes to pursue this line with me. For starters shall we commence with his felonious description of IMON as a Nasdaq Bulletin Board stock on this very thread?

I would be very careful wasting the court's time on frivolous actions if I were you. Judges take a very dim view of the kind of baseless, attack-dog manner both you and your client have displayed here.
