(Nasdaq: INVX) today announced it has reached an agreement to settle all aspects of its dispute with Mary E. Curtin, a former senior management official and member of the Company's board of directors. The dispute, as disclosed in Innovex's 1999 proxy statement, outlines various claims Ms. Curtin had threatened to assert against the Company and certain of its principles. The parties have provided each other with a full and complete release with respect to Ms. Curtin's threatened claims. In exchange for her release, the Company will make a cash payment to Ms. Curtin in the amount of $750,000. Ms. Curtin has resigned as a member of Innovex's board of directors and has withdrawn her name as a nominee for election to the board at the upcoming January 20, 1999 shareholders' meeting.
