A 10 for 1 RS so they could merg with a 500 mill company would be A OK. As long as there is value we should do VERY well!

From the additional news update on the website for Jan. 19 I gather the following (someone correct me if I am wrong): Current shareholders of IDCN stock will become shareholders of 3 "publicly quoted" companies - implying "reporting companies" based on new SEC rules. Additionally, they regard the "present market value" of IDCN stock to be .60 to 1.20 based on their plans. I consider this to be very positive news that is indeed better than the previous .375 buyout offer turned down before!
