He's talking about spending programs, not any particular useful initiatives. Wasting money on periphery education programs when 98% of schools flunk accreditation and most teachers flunk the competency exams. Clearly, the liberal elite don't know anything but checkbook liberalism. Draining more money from Social Security for "savings accounts" and then coming back and requiring tax hikes in the near future. The liberal elite know the game well. Screw up, and place the children in front of you, and demand more money. After all, OJ never paid a dime because he was looking out for his kids. If it worked for him, it'll work for the liberal elite. The government and academia. Two professions, where the more one screws up the more money is gotten.
