Jim,

I guess it was a 144 filing. And he's a Director. Two ways to look at it when Directors plan to sell. Since I hate being negative, I'll look at it positively. He is getting into position for some good news? Keep an eye peeled for the actual sale. If it doesn't happen soon, he's positioning himself for a higher price.

Does anyone remember how long they have to sell on a filing? 45 or is it 60 days?
