CHECK IT OUT! News on ETPI.

HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 19, 1999--Entertainment
Technologies & Programs Inc. (OTC BB:ETPI.O), a fully integrated
entertainment and amusement gaming company, today announced the
opening of their web site for Vision Quest Productions, ETPI's live
concert promotion division.
Vision Quest Productions is an international concert promotion
and production company which has produced over 400 national concert
acts on both coasts of the U.S. and Asia over the past five years.
The Vision Quest Productions site includes a calender of current
shows, an artist archive, details on their turn-key show production
services, links to artist and venue web sites, as well as links to
Ticketmaster (Nasdaq:TMCS.O), Amazon.com (Nasdaq:AMZN.O), CD Now
(Nasdaq:CDNW.O), and Music Boulevard (Nasdaq:NTKI.O) for purchase of
tickets, music and related merchandise.
Jeff Thornton, president of Vision Quest Productions, stated,
"Over the past few years, we have primarily focused on promoting
concerts and shows for the military, essentially providing for the
military what SFX Entertainment (Nasdaq:SFXE.O) does for the civilian
sector. We view the web site as a springboard to expand into civilian
entertainment. Our goal is for Vision Quest to be a premier one-stop
concert promoter and promotions choice for a turn-key, professional
live concert in a corporate or government venue."
ETPI Chairman and CEO Doug Butcher commented, "There is no one
dominant player out there providing turn-key entertainment in a
corporate venue. We view this niche as being fragmented and
underdeveloped. Our success and experience in promoting and producing
military entertainment, combined with increased awareness using tools
such as our new web site, should enable us to quickly expand into
corporate entertainment. We anticipate that Vision Quest Productions
will be a major growth vehicle for the company."
In addition to the Vision Quest Productions site, the company has
also created an ETPI corporate web site which will link the Vision
Quest Productions site, Performance Sound & Light (ETPI's first
e-commerce web site, performance-s-l.com ), as well as any
future web sites developed by the company. The company is in the
process of obtaining final web addresses for the new web sites, but
during the interim the Vision Quest Productions site can be accessed
at 12.21.218.145, and ETPI corporate web site at
12.21.218.145.
