Perhaps DBCC would be the announcement since they are owned partly by GE and CNBC. A lot of shares traded. 14M

Faber also mentioned that CPQ went up a lot lately due to this rumor.
So I cancelled my buy order for now. I'll stick with ORCL.

El: I did hear just the beginning before the doorbell rang .... I thought Faber that they were either going to buy (which might explain why the stock was down) or form a partnership with another "internet related" company of the "content" variety. Did he definitely say "PACT" later ????? Is it possible CPQ might be BUYING someone??
