bob, The trade, 10 31/32, went off very close to to ask price $11, not at the bid price 10 13/16. Many smaller sells at 10 13/16 preceded the 10 31/32 buy. Look at all of the sells at 10 13/16 before the buy at 10 31/32, and then the quick jump of the ask price to 11 1/4 right after the 104K trade (the big boy buyers always want a "deal").
