We definitely need more information. I think there is must be 'something' that would motivate Carl to to help them out. I really think it was just a "cash-flow" problem due to low prices. If you read their 12/29 news release they state that "they are paying the bills-(except those disputed)". "HOW CLOSE WERE THEY TO MAKING THE INTEREST PAYMENT" (Is my question). Maybe this "Injection" and a handful more of good producing wells is all they need to keep things going. (I gather Carl's subsidiary will be extending them credit to drill any new wells as opposed to other outside sources).
