LOL! I remember looking for the satellite when I was a kid. I thought that was real nifty. I still get a kick out of watching the shuttle blast off.

Nuke was axing me a couple of days ago why the sun went down. 3 year old kid. So I got out his giant ball (36" diameter) and he got his Tigger action figure. I had him tape Tigger to the ball, and explained how that was going the be the "earth". Then I had him sit across the room with a flashlight and told him he was the sun. I had him shine on Tigger, then I rotated the ball "sun going down".

He got it!

Then he said "Dad, what about the moon?"

I said, "It's cheese, does not figure into the equation."

He said that was cool.

I don't think I can be a schoolteacher.
