Since the large trade went at below the market you can bet that a more than willing seller wanted out of LGND and the market maker found a buyer who wanted a sweetner to take the block. Supply and Demand plus a little bit of who's the most motivated buyer or seller. With ONTAK still not approved and not much idea when good news will come out I'm pleasantly surprised how well the stock price is holding up.
