It's the airlines that set the prices. The internet services such as PTVL etc., search for the cheapest flights. PTVL will find you flights on designated airlines or will find the cheapest flights per your input. I have been using PTVL for over a year now and have been very happy with their service. This inspired me to buy their stock, just as I bought AMZN when I was happy with their service.
I am into FLYR as an internet play, but I was not impressed too much with their site and I was turned off when they hyped their stock on their website. AMZN or PTVL have never done this.
