David and grantsi,

It is easy to understand your frustration. You both have high average costs but I suggest that there may be a reason to be somewhat excited.

I have no concrete news myself but I suggest that the volume should tell you something.

The average MONTHLY volume for NPEC is about 7M shares traded. At 2:00pm, we have traded 60% of that average volume in just one day.

G,

If you follow penny stocks, then you should know that getting from the 2 to 3 cents level to the 10 cents level is the most difficult period as a lot of shares have to change hands. Once past this resistance level, pennys can fly depending on the news, hype, and overall interest.

Frustration aside, at least the price is moving up and getting a lot of attention.
