Information is starting to leak out to the street. Yesterday, I watched the tape (S3), and almost all 5000 to 30,000 share block trade were buys, however there was no effect on the trading price to speak of. Someone is quietly accumulating this stock. This morning in pre trading, over 25,000 share have been bought so far.
