martin, As far as different societies/cultures go.....IMO an intraurethral approach will gain the best acceptance in the Asian cultures where MUSE has not yet been launched in the largest potential markets including Japan and China. Hopefully on January 28th we will find out what Vivus plans to do with their marketing rights to Japan. IMO very stupid to let dead money sit in the 2nd most lucrative market in the world. China should be interesting once approval is given some time in Q2 1999. Don't forget Vivus also gets another $2M from Janssen when China approves.
