Art, I just had a call from my broker regarding the Warrants and the ex-dividend date for the ArchivalCD shares. In response to my request for assistance in getting the Warrants exercised by 22 Jan 99, customer service advises that CVIA has given them the information they need. Also, they said that CVIA indicated that "the ex-dividend date for distribution of the ArchivalCD dividend shares is being extended to a later date (near the end of the month) because of the problems encountered by some brokers". If true, I'm sure Keith will provide that information shortly. Stan
