This stock is looking very interesting with the new developments! Does anybody know the complete story on the preferred shares that were announced in the news? Why did these companies pay $.50 a share when they can buy it on the street for much less? It looks to me that Tracker needed cash for something and these companies wanted Tracker to have the cash so they could get something from Tracker. Is there anybody that knows what this something is other than a generalization? I would like to get some educated opinions from savvy investors on this thread.

Thanks!

Mike

Hello Roelof,

The cash raised from the Convertible preferred shares will be used to market TRKR's products and services worldwide. The need for more investment, I guess, will depend on how successful TRKR is in obtaining customers. I believe that the margins on sales are high. positive cash flow and profits should be relatively easy to obtain with some success in signing contracts. Maybe no more issuance of shares for money or services.......at these prices anyway.

I have never really been involved in a stock where a promoter was retained. I do know that TRKR probably has no recognition on the Street now and a bad reputation with most who remember the company with the FTC problem and bankruptcy.

Just curious, how did you hear of TRKR. You can send me an emial (tgawa@xoommail.com) or personal message if you wish.
