Try Quick & Reilly. I have never had trouble getting orders filled. Customer service is ok. No prblem for the last 6 years.

They are taking you for granted, from what you're saying...Change ASAP....there are many good ones out there, and you have the tremendous power of choice....We, the investors, have the power, not them!!! Don't tolerate indifferent, crappy service....

ALL, I know how bad Datek is because I try to use them. Still have an account with them but use it sparingly. I pay $250 mo for real time quotes, charts, indices, etc from Cyber Trader. The service has been very good. The phones are always answered. They have had some problems with a new price server since Jan 1, but they are fixing it a little each day. Executions are excellent.
