Captain, You would think that by now short covering alone would drive us up to above $6.00/share. IMO Vivus remains priced as if on the verge of Chapter 7. We know this is not the case. I can't wait till the market manipulators decide they have had their fun and go somewhere else. This is getting beyond ridiculous already!!

Looks to me like Vivus is showing some legs going into this last hour of trading. Could this be the official begGining of the short positions CTA before January 28th? 7.5 million shares short on a float of 29M sure is a hell of a lot of shares to cover if Leland pulls through next Thursday. Hopefully if anyone here can help it, they wont sell a single share into the shorts cover when panic finally sets in. The complacency of the short interest has ceased to amaze me. Sentiment shift? SPECULATORS PILE ON!!!!!!!
