OK everyone, here's the breakthrough we've all been waiting for: <G> Tuesday January 19, 3:03 PM (EST) JACOBSON RESONANCE ENTERPRISES, INC. ANNOUNCES TEXAS A & M STUDY DEMONSTRATES Magnetized Water May Enhance Growth Of Squash BOCA RATON, Fla., Jan. 19 /PRNewswire/ -- Jacobson Resonance Enterprises, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: JRSE) announced today the results of a pilot study conducted at the Vegetable Improvement Center of Texas A & M University concerning the effects of magnetized spring water versus regular spring water on the growth and fruiting of yellow crookneck squash. The Jacobson Resonator was used to produce extremely weak magnetic fields for resonation of spring water. It was demonstrated that resonated spring water produced more total weight and more fruit weight that non-treated spring water. Although the experiment was delayed too long into the fall as the resonator was constructed and shipped, allowing short daylight and cloudy weather occurring in November and December to inhibit the squash growth slightly, Professor Leonard Pike, principal investigator for the study, said, "We were actually surprised based on the poor sunlight conditions." He added, "We want to repeat this study beginning in April, which will be much better for normal growing conditions including day length and sunlight." The plants were grown in Promix BX potting media with one plant per pot. The experimental design was a randomized complete block with five replications, each replication containing three plants. The plants were irrigated 15 times during the experiment with a total of 13.6 liters of water per plant. Results obtained in this experiment showed plant fresh weight was greater in both experimental groups when resonated spring water was used in contrast to the control group which was watered with non-resonated spring water. Fruit weight was also significantly higher in one experimental group. The magnetic signal parameters were ascertained from the "Jacobson Equation." It was found that resonated water could increase fruit weight (lbs/plant) by as much as 24.14%, while plant fresh weight (lbs/plant) could be increased as much as 17.86%. Squash, radish and cucumber experiments are planned for April. Dr. Jerry Jacobson, Chairman of Jacobson Resonance Enterprises, Inc., said, "We're very excited about the prospect of improving conditions for increased growth of healthy foods. We look forward to a long-term cooperation with Professor Pike and the Vegetable Improvement Center." SOURCE Jacobson Resonance Enterprises, Inc.
