Personally I would not buy TBH cause I don't care to own most of the cellulars. The cellulars all have great potential, but fierce competition and unrestricted management fees.

The wirelines are most attractive to me...I would look at all four...TNE, TSP, EMT and TCS. I like TNE for the short term over the others due to a stake that BNDES still holds that will be auctioned soon. TNE is more undervalued than the others due to the lack of an experienced operator in the consortium that won the auction. They will pick up an experienced operator as this stake is sold (a requirement). This should move the stock considerably depending on who wins the bid. There has been no news on this auction lately, but as far as I know it's still gonna happen.
