Ronald, I saw the downgrade. They are a bit late. IDTC is now an Internet stock! And Internet stock that is actually profitable. ROFLMAO!!!!!

Lazard Freres & Co.. has made a classic mistake of joining the pack when a stock drops. It wants to be on record with a hold when investors compare the price of the stock with their recommendations. If L&F were any good at judging the price/value of this stock they would have dropped their buy 9 months ago. Any of their clients holding through this period would have severe losses. Conversely they are now missing the obvious opportunity to recommend a long position so that new clients can make money on a depressed valuation.
