Lawrence Kudlow, Economist with AmericanSkandia, (and former "snow-blower"), has suggested a similar policy for all of Latin America.

It hasn't done too badly for Panama.

It will, of course, face considerable cultural opposition.

Could this be the New World Order in reverse?? A return to US hemispheric economic hegemony??
