... and now you're depressed - right? When I was fifteen I took one of those IQ tests and got a mondo score. Trouble is I BELIEVED it. Ever since I was four I kept hearing that I was a genius. (Advice to parents: bad idea. I know.) Then I went to a good college and - yeah, I was certainly above average, but I found out just waht a GENIUS is. These are special mutant organisms in human flesh. (Some of them in real nice human flesh.) They are the thermonukes in the powder magazine - wonderful/terrible things to have around. Every so often we need to nudge an intellectual asteroid - and it's nice to knoiw they're there.
