Yow! I'm DSLing now. Am I BROAD yet?

Install took 15 minutes including installing the outside splitter and running some wire around inside the house ... one GTE person, one call to ISP for IP magic numbers.

The GTE fellow says he's doing 75% DSL install work now and it's the major hot topic amongst his co-workers who all want to learn how to do it. (Interesting attitude!)

ISP staff were completely on the ball.

ISP aside, installing the DSL line took LESS effort than installing my last analog line.
