Richard, I found the story on Y2K problems in water treatment systems more interesting. I have to ask y'all...What is the easiest solution to Y2K problems in the Flouride metering systems for the water system?? How about NOT ADDING flouride?? Flouride is controversial and is not required to purify water. As for Chlorine, that's another picture... but most people can smell/tell whether their is too much chlorine in the water. And to get rid of excess chlorine, aeration of the water ususally will remove excessive quantities over time. (at least that's how a water purification specialist I knew in the military explained the process to me). Also, I believe some filtration systems will remove excess chlorine. Regards, Ron
