Here is the connection I found between www.dealseekers.com and ITEC.

If you scroll to the bottom of the dealseekers page, you will see that it was built and maintained by a company called commercepac. If you got to commercepac's web page at the following link:
commercepac.com
you will see that about midway down the page it makes a comment about its webmasters have been very busy.....(I do not remember the exact wording) and below it lists three companies. 1 is ITEC and the other 2 are subsidiaries of ITEC.
Also, if you look at the dealseekers items for sale...the majority are products by ITEC or its supsidaries. Not all...I said most.
I do not know for a fact that www.dealseekers.com is owned by ITEC...but there definitly is a strong connection. I will be calling ITEC's IR division tomorrow to confirm this for myself, but I thought I would post what I found.
Good luck all.
