What a day -- great, great price and volume action! I've had zero time today to post anything, but I wanted to get a quick "thank you" out to the folks on the thread (you know who you are) who passed along my ramblings about CF's website to appropriate CF management last week. The power of the web continues to astound me. At what other time in history could some ordinary Joe (or Zuma, for that matter) hack out a (hopefully) constructive critique, have it shared with other shareholders (including one of the top 5 equity investors in the company), have it presented to senior management, forwarded to the appropriate company employees, and have a personalized follow-up note returned back to him within 4 hours time? Simply amazing...speaks volumes about the power of the Web and earns Checkfree high marks, IMO, for both listening (and more importantly) hearing what its customers and investors are saying. In any event, the company responded that they are in the midst of a site overhaul and will consider the feedback we have presented. In the event that anyone from CF reads the thread, another recommendation is to have one of your in-house marketing folks (or an outside firm, for that matter) open an account with SI so that we can send comments and suggestions directly (and privately) to the company. IMHO, I would recommend NOT having a public discourse -- if Transpoint is worth its salt, I have little doubt that they already review the thread to see what CF is up to. RK P.S. -- Off topic -- how are you guys adding formatting to text? I haven't quite figured out how to underline, bold or italicize on this thread...
