Hawrysz comments on theStreet.com:

Westell CFO Stephen Hawrysz also expresses impatience with local phone companies, who are dragging their feet. "The Bells haven't been giving people what they want," Hawrysz says. "I don't think anybody's looking for us this quarter or next quarter to make lots of money." Westell reports earnings Thursday. According to a survey of analysts, First Call expects Westell to lose about 22 cents a share this quarter, about twice the loss from a year ago.
