Janice, Maybe you better make the phone call because it appears that fear has got the better of Jeffrey. The default judgements were signed by Judge George and the case is over. The fact that no one was there is the basis for the default judgement. There will be nobody in the court room on 1/29 except Jeffey. Great professional research, again.
