I have had conversations with the company telling them that I do not want to find out they are diluting the stock. Remember I was the one who use to defend them all the time on dilution. They can only tell me that that they can make no guarantees on not doing further dilution.

The volume to me makes no sense. The amount of money flowing through these day trades is unbelievable compared to what was trading before the RS. It does not make sense that there would be that many investors dumping now after they have suffered through everything that has occurred. I hope it is not dilution. But then again you are getting this from someone who has lost faith in management. I did say that I THOUGHT it may be more shares being printing and sold Just my opinion. If I was to make a guess I would say that is what is happening.

I will say this though, I do believe that if the company does not dilute the shares, I believe it could make nice gains. I see new stores all the time with LTGL products. A & A Auto Parts just set up a big display in their store. The company has been aggressive in acquiring distributors. I just cannot understand why the company found it necessary to cause so much dilution last year. Unless the money was used to pay big salaries to management. I do not know. I do want the share price to increase but I do believe in staying on top of management to make sure they do not dilute this thing into the ground. I think some investors would say that has already been done. We shall see. Good luck to all.
