VLAD, Maybe Leland WILL pull through. I have not seen this brought up recently but seems I recall you reporting on a conversation with NF that LW had a plan for the shorts. I know! Maybe ole LW been play'in the rope-a-dope. Got all those shorts sort of lulled into believ'in this short ride can go on forever. If domestic partner is done or near, and if there is slight operating earnings, do not be surprised that VVUS take another write-off positioning for the return of demand. CS and new CFO are the key to future success for VVUS, and I believe all the news that is news is being kept under tight wraps as the deal to revitalize VVUS gets done. At that point CREDIBLE news will sink the shorts at last. If I am right, with the full understanding I have been totally wrong on this one from the beginning, VVUS could see 15 this Q. Maybe this time I get it right!
