GUINNESS TELLI*PHONE
(OTCBB: TELI)
www.telli.com

Guinness Telli*Phone Corporation is a fully reporting Nevada based company trading on the OTC Bulletin Board (TELI). Guinness is a new media technology company with over $10 million invested in the development of a free, simple-to-use, local online service to be installed in communities throughout the United States.

A simple online information service called MINITEL has been available in France since 1980. Today, over 6 million French households have Minitel terminals (a small computer terminal connected to the telephone), and over 24,000 organizations supply information to Minitel subscribers. At this time there is no service in the U.S. supplying local information through a terminal as simple-to-use as the Minitel.

Guinness plans to use a simpler, yet more advanced system than Minitel to tap into a market of millions of people in the U.S. who do not own a computer, and give them access to local internet type information about businesses and services in their community. In the United States less than 50% of the households have computers. Only 25% have some kind of internet connection and of those that do own computers, many only use the Internet for email. However, the free Telli Pages service also provides regular Internet users with a new way of quickly accessing extensive and detailed local information not readily available through the World Wide Web.

Income is generated from Telli Pages Directory advertising. Telli Pages
provide local businesses and groups the opportunity to showcase their products
and services to local customers, including the ability to update their
information as often as needed, 24 hours a day. In the U.S., revenue from
local advertising is estimated at approximately $72 billion annually. The cost
of an ad in the Telli Pages Directory is less than the cost of an ad in the
yellow pages containing equivalent information. For about $30 a month a local
advertiser can reach more people in the community, more efficiently, and at
less cost, than through an Internet web site

A PUSH BUTTON YELLOW PAGES
The Telli Screen plugs into a household telephone like an answering machine. At the push of a button on a telephone keypad, information is instantly displayed on the small, flat 4” x 5” screen (Telli Screen). The Telli Screen is provided to households free of charge. Information choices appear as lists of numbered statements and users press keys to designate their choices and direct the local server to specific listings. The operation is similar to responding to automated telephone voice commands and directional statements used by many major corporations to direct you to different departments, to specific voice mail accounts, or to list your processed bank transactions and account balance.

However, unlike lengthy voice instructions, Telli Pages information lists quickly on a screen and with graphics. The choices you make lead you to a list of advertisers who can fulfill your needs. Pressing a number next to a listing directs you to the advertiser's page containing information and graphics about the its business, services and products available, or other important local information. In essence, the screen contains information just like the yellow pages, including visuals, but advertisers can change it from moment to moment so it is always current. Using a telephone keypad makes the system easier to use than an ATM bank terminal.

This free, constantly updated electronic interactive yellow pages directory viewed free on a video screen next to your telephone, includes a community and school information system with local schedules and agendas. Because each Telli Pages Directory is built on a smaller internet system than the World Wide Web and concentrates on local information, the system functions at faster speeds, operates at very low overhead, and provides members of the household access to important information quickly, efficiently, and at no charge.

This spring Guinness Telli*Phone, will begin distributing free Telli Screens to homes in Southern Marin County to launch a local internet system designed to replace the “old fashioned” yellow pages telephone book. President and CEO, Lawrence Guinness, believes that “the revenue possibilities are virtually unlimited. Annual income from business listings and local retail target advertising in the first Telli Pages Directory could be in the $10 million range. The Marin County Pacific Bell Yellow Pages, serving only 100,000 suburban households, generates approximately $20 million in annual revenues.”

The company expects to be producing approximately 100,000 Telli Screens per month by the second year of the system's operation. Through a recently signed contract with a leasing company, Telli Screen manufacturing costs will be spread over a 5 year period. This should make Guinness profitable within 2 years for every system directory installed in communities throughout the United States. Within five years the company expects to establish Telli Pages Directory systems in over 5 major U.S. cities and to have captured 50% of the local directory advertising revenue in those areas.
