Superb trade on VTSS. I think Mike and I are holding, but you got a nice move today in it for a trade. Congrats. I looked at the chart for TXCC and could have bought it last week for 36 or so, but BB's said it was still to high. Techs will rally tomorrow. MSFT killed their estimate to the upside. Here's an intersting comment from Briefing: __ Should President Clinton propose a plan to privatize a portion of social security in his State of the Union Address tonight (as many believe he will), and Mr. Greenspan doesn't spook the market with cautious comments about stock prices, bulls are likely to be charging hard in tomorrow's action.
