In addition:

1) Expect the first shipments of Basestations to Brazil in June timeframe, although contract isn't officially signed yet.

2) Qualcomm is examining the possibility of a 'Worldphone' which would work with both GSM-800 and CDMAOne cellular, but the main hangup is GSM IPR. (How's that for irony).

3) With restructuring of China Telecom, they have 2 WLL deployments going and expect mobile deployments in 2nd half of 99.

4) There will be normal price changes for phones at the beginning of the year, but even with this they expect margins to stay the same of increase.

5) Current phone shipments are 90% QCP and 10% Q phone and they expect that to be stable for the remainder of the year.

6) They are installing 50 thousand lines of WLL (infra and handsets) off the coast of Africa.
