Mandorin completes $150,000 private placement Mandorin Goldfields Inc MGD Shares issued 15,741,120 Feb 9 close $0.05 Thu 11 Feb 99 News Release Mr. Malcolm Stevens reports The company proposes to complete, subject to receipt of final regulatory approval, the previously announced non-brokered private placement of one million units at a 15 cents per unit. Each unit consists of one common share and one warrant. Each warrant entitles the holder to purchase one share for two years at 15 cents during the first year and at 20 cents per share during the balance of the term. The brokered private placement 1998 through Georgia Pacific Securities has been cancelled. Proceeds of $150,000 from the non-brokered private placement were advanced by July 23, 1998 and are being used for payment of outstanding debts and accounts payable and for working capital.
