Name is no big deal...

In industry, like David pointed out they are known as HIE, on all literature, trade show booths, industry directories etc it's HIE. Only on formal/legal documents do they use the silly name ;-)

They maybe waiting to get married before they change their name ;-) It really doesn't matter though, because they are actually better known by product name then corporate identity (i.e. CloverLeaf) and when referred to by corporate name it's always HIE. The world is full of misnomer names, that have an acronym created for them and used...do you know what HBOC stands for? It's the founders last names + Corporation and still is registered, although so is HBOC and they just use it now. Changing their name is the least important thing to worry about that I can think of right now.
