Drew- Gates, I believe can now pay off the entire foreign debt (public & private, I think, around 70b) with his net worth... My idea: We petition Gates to pay off Brazil's debt....He does so....The markets would rally enormously...creating (probably far in excess of 70 billion in market value....let's say 220 billion in additional net worth created)....everyone whose portfolio increases that day has to send some (1/2?) back to Gates....Result: Gates increases his net worth to around 100 billion...we all get rich(er)....and Brazilians put a statue of Gates next to Jesus on Sugerloaf... Whose need a dot.com to make money? Just get creative....
